Recruitment activities for aspiring midwifery graduates

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá náborovými aktivitami pro začínající absolventy porodní asistence. V teoretické práci jsou rozepsány následující kapitoly: Definice oboru porodní asistentce, kde jsou zahrnuty kompetence porodních asistentek, definice perioperační péče a systém vzdělávání porodních asistentek v České republice. Dále popisuje řízení lidských zdrojů, zisk nových zaměstnanců a následně jejich adaptační proces. Průzkumná část se zaměřuje na hlavní cíl práce, kterým bylo zjistit, jaké bylo využití náborových aktivit při přijetí absolventek porodní asistence do nového zaměstnání. Jedná se o smíšený výzkum kvantitativní a kvalitativní formy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is devoted to recruitment activities for beginning midwifery graduates. The following chapters are detailed in the theoretical thesis: Definition of the field of midwives, which includes the competencies of midwives, definition of perioperative care and the system of education of midwives in the Czech Republic. It also describes the management of human resources, the acquisition of new employees and subsequently their adaptation process. The exploratory part focuses on the main goal of the work, it was found out what was the use of recruitment activities when accepting midwifery graduates into a new job. It is mixed research of quantitative and qualitative form.
