Bakalárska práca je venovaná finančnému riadeniu malých a stredných firiem. Finančné riadenie je analyzované v spoločnosti CCUSA s. r. o. v období rokov 2009 až 2013. V oblasti finančného riadenia je najväčšia pozornosť venovaná pracovnému kapitálu spoločnosti.
