Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poznáním bariér, které vznikají při práci nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v komunikaci se seniory. Cílem teoretické části této práce bylo zpracovat chování vybraných typů seniorů a shrnout zásady pro komunikaci s nimi. This bachelor thesis deals with the recognition of barriers that arise at work of the non-medical health care staff in the communication with seniors. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis was to elaborate the behavior of selected types of seniors and to describe the principles of communication with them.
