Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vad právních úkonů v oblasti českého soukromého (občanského a obchodního) práva. Vychází se přitom ze základního dělení těchto vad na vady v náležitostech osoby, vůle, projevu, jakož i předmětu právního úkonu. This bachelor paper deals with the issue of juridical act deficiency in the area of Czech private (civil and commercial) law. At the same time it comes out of the basic division of these deficiencies into deficiencies in personal, will and declaration elements as well as the subject of juridicaal act.
