Abstract:
Bakalářská práce přibližuje učební obor Řezník – uzenář. V úvodní části mapuje historii a vývoj výuky v oboru až do 19. století. V další části se práce věnuje výuce oboru Řezník - uzenář na Střední odborné škole a SOU v Poličce.
