Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem založení VOC Hodonín a vytvořením jejího marketingového plánu. Cílem bylo tedy podat co nejvíce ucelený návrh této nové apelace. Toho bylo docíleno především prostudováním dostupné literatury pojednávající o historii zdejšího vinařství a na základě informací o působení místních přírodních podmínek. Důležitým podkladem byla také teorie týkající se vytvoření marketingového plánu. V rámci této práce byl představen románský systém klasifikace vín a bylo popsáno jeho fungování v zemích, kde se použivá již celou řadu let. Rozebráno bylo i fungování tohoto systému v rámci České republiky, včetně jeho legislativy.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s theses dealt with the topic of establishing VOC Hodonín and creating its marketing plan. The aim was therefore to present as comprehensive proposal for this new appelation system as possible. This was achieved mainly by studying the available literature dealing with the history of local viticulture and base on the informations about the effects of local natural conditions. An important basis was also the theory concerning the creation of a marketing plan. As part of this work, was also introduced the Romanesque wine classification system and described its operation in countries where it has been used for many years. There was also discussed the functioning of this system within the Czech republic legislation.
