Development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and competencies of students majoring in economics and business

Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je „Rozvoj podnikatelských vědomostí, dovedností a kompetencí žáků oboru Ekonomika a podnikání“. Diplomová práce obsahuje jak část teoretickou, tak i praktickou. V teoretické části jsem popsala odborné předměty oboru Ekonomika a podnikání, které by žáka měly připravit na jeho případnou práci v oboru nebo na jeho vlastní podnikatelskou činnost. Ke každému předmětu jsem uvedla jeho stručnou charakteristiku, cíl, jaké by měl žák mít vědomosti, dovednosti, kompetence a pro přehlednost také celkový obsah předmětu, kterým žák projde během studia oboru Ekonomika a podnikání. Ve druhé, praktické, části mé práce jsem realizovala dvě dotazníková šetření. První dotazník pro žáky oboru a druhý pro absolventy. Snažila jsem se zjistit, jak se cítí být připraveni na realitu svého případného podnikání z odborných předmětů, které nyní absolvují či již absolvovali. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se jejich názory na danou problematiku liší. Domnívám se, že tento výzkum by mohl být zajímavým srovnáním učebnicových informací a zkušeností současných či bývalých žáků oboru. Použité dotazníky se nacházejí v příloze.

Abstract:

My thesis is "Development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and competences of students of study economics and business." The thesis includes both parts, theoretical as well as practical. In the theoretical part, I described the professional courses in economics and business that the student should prepare for his eventual work in the field or on its own business. For each subject, I described its brief characteristics, goal, what knowledge the student should have, skills and competencies and for clarity also the overall content of the course, which passes the student through during the study of Economics and Business. In the second practical part of my work I carried out two questionnaires. The first questionnaire for students and one for graduates. I tried to find out how they feel to be prepared for the reality of their business potential by vocational subjects, which they are now undergoing or have already completed. The aim is to find out how their opinions on the subject vary. I believe that this research could be an interesting comparison of textbook information and experience of current or former students. Used questionnaires can be found in the appendix.
