Modeling of Vibration Rotation Flexible Bodies with Contact

Abstract:

Disertační práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s jednou z možností modelování poddajných těles spojených kontaktními vazbami, jejichž vzájemný pohyb je relativně malý. Nejprve byla provedena rešerže, která byla východiskem pro zkoumání dané problematiky a má čtenáře seznámit s řešenou problematikou v širším spektru. Na ní navazuje druhá kapitola zaměřená na představení použitých matematických modelů. Postupy jsou popsány tak, aby je čtenář mohl přímo aplikovat a aby zcela objasňovaly modely použité v dalších částech práce. V závěru této kapitoly je uveden přístup pro zahrnutí vlivu rotace do modální redukovaného matematického modelu. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola jsou čistě aplikační (popis použité modální redukce v kapitole 3 a modelování kontaktních vazeb v kapitole 4), obsahují výsledky jednotlivých naprogramovaných přístupů. Všechny potřebné programy jsou připravené v prostředí MATLAB. Získané výsledky jsou komentovány a vysvětlovány. Stěžejní částí diserta?ní práce je 5. kapitola, kde jsou oba dva postupy (tj. modelování kontaktů poddajných těles a zahrnutí vlivu rotace do modální zredukovaného modelu) spojeny a jsou provedeny parametrické studie rotujícího olopatkovaného disku rhombických lopatek při uvažovaní kontaktu se třením a s předpětím. Pro validaci získaných výsledků posloužil komerční konečnoprvkový software ANSYS, který se standardně používá pro řešení problematiky tohoto typu. Z porovnání vypočtených deformací lopatek v kapitole 5 plyne, že prezentovaná metoda je použitelná pro řešení výpočtově složitých kontaktních úloh. Její výsledky dosahují vysoké shody s výsledky získanými přímou numerickou integrací v čase řešených v softwaru ANSYS, avšak řádově za kratší dobu.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis aims to introduce the reader to one of the possibilities of modeling of flexible bodies connected by contacts with relative small movement. Firstly a state of the art review was made to achieve the stated goal, which was the starting point for exploring the given issue and its target is to introduce solved problems to the reader from the wider point of view. The second chapter is focused on introducing the mathematical models used in the disertation thesis. The procedures are described in such a way that the reader can apply them directly and fully explain the models used in the other parts of the work. There is an approach to include the effect of rotation on a modally reduced mathematical model at the end of this chapter. The third and the fourth chapters are purely application-based (description of the modal reduction used in Chapter 3 and modeling of the contacts in Chapter 4) the results of each programmed approach are presented. All programs are prepared in the MATLAB environment.The results are commented and explained. The main part of the dissertation is the 5th chapter where two procedures (i.e. modeling of the contacts of the flexible bodies and the inclusion of the influence of rotation in the modal reduced model) are connected and parametric studies (friction, prestressing,...) of the rotating bladed disk of rhombic blades are performed. Commercial nal element software ANSYS, commonly used for solving this type of problem, is used to validate the obtained results. By comparing the calculated deformations of the blade in Chapter 5 it follows that the presented method is applicable to the solution of computationally complex contact tasks. Its results reach high consistency with the results obtained by direct time numerical integration in the ANSYS software but in the order of less computational time.
