Cílem diplomové práce je srovnat přístup k získávání zaměstnanců mezi personálními agenturami a firmami, které tyto agentury nevyužívají. The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare the approach to recruiting employees between personnel agencies and companies that do not use agencies. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of recruitment and personnel agencies.
