Abstract:

LIESHCHOVA,Daria . Řízení pracovního výkonu. Bakalářská práce. University College Prague –Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o.. Praha: 2022. Bakalářská práce se věnuje řízení pracovního výkonu. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda společnost Bageterie Boulevard hodnotí pracovní výkon svých zaměstnanců a navrhnout opatření za účelem zlepšení. V teoretické části je představena historie řízení pracovního výkonu, je definován pracovní výkon a je charakterizován systém řízení pracovního výkonu. Ve stejné části práce se rozebírá cyklus pracovního výkonu a také hodnocení zaměstnanců a pracovního výkonu. Analytická část se zaměřuje na zkoumání charakteristiku činnosti a na systém řízení pracovního výkonu. V rámci analytické části bakalářské práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci a manažery daného obchodní společnosti. V práce jsou aplikovány metody analýzy zjištěných informací, dotazování respondentů a syntézy návrhů na základě výsledků analýzy a dotazování.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the management of work performance. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether the Bageterie Boulevard company evaluates the work performance of its employees and to propose measures for improvement. The theoretical part introduces the history of work performance management, defines the working performance and is characterized by a system of performance management. In the same part of the work, the cycle of work performance is discussed, as well as the evaluation of employees and work performance. The analytical part focuses on examining the characteristics of the activity and on the system of performance management. As part of the analytical part of the bachelor thesis, a questionnaire survey is carried out between employees and managers of the given company. The thesis is applied methods of analysis of detected information, questioning of respondents and synthesis of proposals based on the results of analysis and questioning.
