Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vymezit pojem práva na spravedlivý proces v kontextu presumpce neviny. Následně jsou zkoumány formální prameny práva na spravedlivý proces na tuzemské úrovni. Prostřednictvím analýzy vybraných soudních rozhodnutí jsou vyhodnocovány postupy obecných soudů. This thesis aims to define the right to a fair trail in the context of the presumption of innocence. Subsequently, the formal sources of the right to a fair trail at the domestic level are examined.
