Tato práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nového zaměstnance do podniku. Nejprve jsou shrnuty teoretické koncepty této problematiky a různé přístupy k němu. V druhé části práce jsou tyto koncepty popsány na příkladu u vybraného podniku, kde je konkrétně popsán adaptační proces nových zaměstnanců v této společnosti a na základě teoretického konceptu jsou doporučeny možné zlepšení.
