Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaobírá popisem osobnosti manažera a jeho neustálou potřebou se vzdělávat a rozebírá jednotlivé možnosti rozvoje. V teoretické části vyobrazuje osobnost manažera s ohledem na psychickou odolnost. Vymezuje jeho sociální role, kompetence a funkce.
