Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou zavádzania UX výskumu a designu do agilného vývoja vo firme. V úvodnej časti sú popísané rôzne varianty prepojenia designerského tímu s vývojovými tímami pre agilné prostredie. Následne sú rozobraté procesy a techniky vhodné pre zmenu firemnej filozofie.
