A Pond in Land Law Relations
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit, jak je v platné právní úpravě definován rybník, jak je evidován, jak jsou upravena vlastnická práva k němu a k vodě v něm zadržené a jaká další specifika se pojí k předmětným vodním dílům.
Abstract:
The principal aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine, how a pond is defined according to valid law, how is registered, how the property rights to it and water in it are regulated and which next specifics are related to the water structures.
