Olga Hubíková Název práce: Postoj neformálních pečovatelů k uspokojování potřeb seniorů a co jej ovlivňuje Počet slov: 22 162 Tématem této práce je postoj neformálních pečovatelů k uspokojování potřeb seniorů a faktory, které postoj ovlivňují. Zajímám se o to, jaké postoje mají neformální pečovatelé k uspokojování potřeb seniorů a co jim brání nebo umožňuje své představy realizovat v praxi. V teoretické části práce se věnuji jednotlivým aktérům péče - seniorům závislým na pomoci jiné osoby a neformálním pečovatelům, zabývám se postoji neformálních pečovatelů k uspokojování potřeb nesoběstačných seniorů vyjádřený jejich představami a praxí, dále uvádím faktory ovlivňující postoj neformálních pečovatelů k péči o seniora. V empirické části práci popisuji metodologii a realizaci výzkumu. V další části prezentuji výsledky na základě analýzy dat a jejich interpretací. V závěru shrnuji výsledky práce a navrhuji další oblasti, které by bylo přínosné zkoumat.

Abstract:

Annotation Title of diploma thesis: Meeting the Needs of Elderly People by Informal Carers: Their Attitudes and What Does Affect it. The theme of this thesis is the informal carers‘ attitude towards meeting the needs of elderly people and factors that influence their attitude. I’m interested in what attitudes towards meeting the needs of elderly people informal carers have and what makes them fulfil these in practise or prevents them from doing so. In the theoretical part of the thesis I’m concerned with individual participants of the care - elderly people dependent on other person’s help and informal carers, I’m interested in the informal carers‘ attitudes towards meeting the needs of non-self supporting elderly people expressed by their ideas and practise. I also name factors influencing the informal carers‘ attitudes towards the elderly people care. In the empirical part of the thesis I describe methodology and the research realisation. In the next part I present results according to data analysis and their interpretation. In the conclusion I summarize the thesis results and propose other fields that are useful to be examined.
