Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem firemních benefitů z pohledu zaměstnavatele a jejich přínosu pro danou výrobní společnost. Teoretická část práce zkoumá definici zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich vývoj v průběhu historie, jednotlivé formy benefitů, odměňování a motivaci, která přispívá k celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich produktivitě.
