Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na majetkové trestné činy v České republice, zkoumá jejich právní regulaci a procesy stíhání a penalizace. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of property crimes in the Czech Republic, examining their legal regulation and processes of prosecution and penalization.
