Assesment of the posture of the primary school children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením držení těla u žáků na prvním stupni ZŠ. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti období mladšího školního věku, poznatky o částech těla, kterých se držení těla bezprostředně týká, dále se teoretická část věnuje držení těla, složení těla a dalším výzkumným šetřením. Stěžejní je však kapitola zabývající se metodami hodnocení držení těla, ze kterých byla vybrána metoda hodnocení držení těla podle Jaroše a Lomíčka, metoda hodnocení držení těla podle Matthiase a test minimální svalové zdatnosti. Tyto metody byly následně použity pro hodnocení držení těla u žáků 4. ročníků na ZŠ v Telči. Cílem diplomové práce je výběr vhodné metody pro hodnocení držení těla v pedagogické praxi na 1. stupni ZŠ na základě určení míry shody mezi jednotlivými posuzovateli.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with classification of body posture of pupils in the first level of primary school. The theoretical part includes findings from the area of the younger primary school age, findings about the parts of the human body relating to posture. The theoretical part also deals with posture, body composition and other scientific findings. However, the key portion of this thesis explores the methods of classification of body posture, specifically selected were the method of Jaroš and Lomíček, the posture classification method according to Matthias and the Muscles proficiency test. These methods were subsequently used for classification of body posture of 4th grade pupils at a primary school in Telč. The aim of this thesis is to choose suitable methods of classification of posture in the pedagogical practice in the first level of primary schools based on determining the level of conformity between individual evaluators.
