Diplomová práce se zabývá krizovou komunikací, a to především komunikací korporací. Práce je specificky zaměřena na Public relations. V této části jsou popsány nástroje, techniky a zásady PR. Dále je zde krátce zmíněna obecná komunikace. Avšak stěžejním tématem pro tuto práci je komunikace v krizových situacích, konkrétně krizová komunikace korporací. This thesis deals with crisis communications, especially communications of corporations. In specific, the paper focuses on Public Relations.
