Diplomová práce se zabývá zadáváním veřejných zakázek na základě rámcové dohody. V úvodu práce je obecně pojednáno o veřejné správě a jejím hospodaření se zaměřením na zabezpečení veřejných statků. Následně je nejobsáhlejší část práce věnována institutu rámcové dohody a jeho praktickému využití v dané příspěvkové organizaci.
