Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení režijních nákladů v akcentu na přesnější kalkulování ve zvoleném podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje poznatkům získaných z odborné literatury, a to analýzou nákladů, kalkulacemi a otázkou možného zpřesňování těchto kalkulací. Srovnává jednotlivé možnosti při řízení nákladů. The thesis deals with the system of management of overheads in the accent on more accurate calculating in the chosen company. The theoretical part is devoted to the knowledge gleaned from the literature, and analysis of the costs, calculations and the question of a possible refinement of these calculations.
