Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda se zákaznické báze značek odlišují. Všechny značky se snaží růst a získat více zákazníků, ale dělají to vždy správně? V marketingu dochází ke sporu, zda-li se musí značky odlišovat, aby byly úspěšné a rostly nebo je to tak, že pro zákazníky není diferenciace až tak důležitým faktorem pro výběr a koupi značky. The objective of this thesis is to determine whether brand customer bases differ. All brands aim to grow and acquire more customers, but are they always doing it right?
