Abstract:
Kompartmentové modely znázorňují chování systému. Jednotlivé kompartmenty jsou bloky, jež obsahují určité množství pacientů s jednotnou charakteristikou v každém z nich. Pro úspěšné modelování dynamiky onkologických onemocnění nás zajímal časový posun pacientů mezi kompartmenty. Compartmental models represent behaviour of a system. Each compartment is a block which contains certain amount of patients. All of these patients have the same health status. We were interested in timing of patients dynamics between each of two compartments. That is why we had to learn about characteristics of a data set provided by the National Cancer Registry.
