Proposals of Measures for the Development of Cultural Activities of Non-profit Organizations in the City of Uherské Hradiště

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se na základě literární rešerše zaměřuje na problematiku kultury jakožto nástroje pro rozvoj, její postavení v EU a v České republice, a rovněž se zabývá i samotným postavením neziskových organizací v oblasti kultury. Praktická část se věnuje analýze současného stavu města Uherské Hradiště, jeho ekonomické situaci a popisuje jednotlivé kulturní aktéry, akce, organizace a instituce města, které napomáhají k rozvoji lokální kultury. Hlavním cílem byla analýza současného stavu a následná identifikace problémů lokální kultury. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými aktéry byla navržena kulturní akce s názvem "Kultura neziskovkám", která představuje osvětu o fungování neziskových organizací a spolu s dalšími návrhy opatření vedou k podpoře rozvoje lokální kultury v Uherském Hradišti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. Based on a literature search, the theoretical part focuses on the issue of culture as a tool for development, its position in the EU and in the Czech Republic, and also deals with the position of non-profit organizations in the field of culture. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the town of Uherské Hradiště, its economic situation and describes the individual cultural actors, events, organizations and institutions of the town that help to develop local culture. The main goal was to analyze the current state and subsequently identify the problems of local culture. Through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with selected actors was proposed a cultural event called "Culture for Non-Profit Organizations", which represents awareness of the functioning of non-profit organizations and, together with other proposals for measures, lead to the support of the development of local culture in Uherské Hradiště.
