Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o skenovací elektronové mikroskopii jako o jedné z technik zkoumání vodivých vzorků. Jsou v ní popsány principy, konstrukce a funkce skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu. Je ukázáno, jak vybrat vhodné podmínky pro snímkování morfologie plochých i značně strukturovaných vzorků. This bachelor thesis deals with scanning electron microscopy as one of the techniques for examining conductive samples. It describes the principles, construction, and function of a scanning electron microscope. It demonstrates how to select suitable conditions for imaging the morphology of flat and highly structured samples.
