Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Přínosy mentoringu pro učitele se zabývá mentoringem probíhajícím v prostředí škol. Cílem práce je vymezit přínosy, které může mentoring učitelům nabídnout. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část, teoretická, představuje mentoring probíhající ve školách a to na pozadí dalšího vzdělávání učitelů v České republice. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy jako je mentoring a profesní rozvoj učitelů. V empirické části práce je popsána metodologie celého výzkumu, výsledky výzkumného šetření a následně jejich shrnutí, které odpovídá na položenou výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis entitled Contribution of mentoring to teachers deals with mentoring that takes place in school surroundings. The aim of this thesis is to define benefits that can mentoring offer to teachers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part represents mentoring that takes place at schools in the background of additional education of teachers in the Czech Republic. Basic terms as mentoring and professional development of teachers are defined here. In the empirical part of this thesis there is described the methodology of the whole research and research outcome followed by their summary which responds to the research question.
