Inovace predikce zemědělských komodit za využití umělé inteligence

Abstract:

S rostoucí potřebou efektivního a udržitelného zemědělství je nezbytné implementovat moderní technologie, které mohou vylepšit procesy predikce a rozhodování. Neuronové sítě, jako pokročilá forma umělé inteligence, nabízejí potenciál vytvářet sofistikované predikční modely na základě velkého množství dat. Cílem práce je predikovat vývoj ceny u bavlny a polyesteru na burzovních trzích a také predikovat jejich cenu na měsíc říjen a listopad 2023. Pro tyto účely je vytvořena časová řada a také se využily pro výpočty umělé neurnové sítě. Všechny výzkumné otázky jsou vyhodnoceny prostřednictvím softwaru Statistica, za aplikace metody umělých neuronových sítí. Na základě analyzovaných dat je patrné, že během posledních dvaceti tří let došlo k pravidelnému růstu cen bavlny a polyesteru. Během této období však ceny prošly historickými výkyvy způsobenými různými faktory, včetně ekonomických krizí a mezinárodních konfliktů. Také se zjistilo, že všechny sady neuronových sítí představují vysoký stupeň výkonosti, jelikož čím blíže se hodnota přibližuje 1, tím lépe. Všechny tři sady dat (testovací, trénovací a validační) vykazovaly podobné charakteristiky, což potvrzuje relevanci trénovacího souboru. Tento fakt dále ukazuje, že většina korelačních koeficientů neklesla pod úroveň 0,955. Závěrečné shrnutí naznačuje, že všechny deset uchovaných MLP sítí pro bavlnu i polyester bylo schopno s vysokou přesností a minimálními obtížemi reprodukovat trend ceny těchto surovin. Jsou tedy považovány za prakticky použitelné a spolehlivé. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět k rozvoji sofistikovanějších predikčních nástrojů pro zemědělství a směrovat budoucí výzkum v oblasti spojení neuronových sítí s textilním průmyslem. Tato práce přináší nový pohled na synergii mezi moderními technologiemi a tradičním zemědělským průmyslem, zdůrazňuje potenciál využití neuronových sítí v této oblasti a poskytuje základ pro další inovace v rámci zemědělských predikcí.

Abstract:

With the growing need for efficient and sustainable agriculture, it is essential to implement modern technologies that can improve prediction and decision-making processes. Neural networks, as an advanced form of artificial intelligence, offer the potential to create sophisticated prediction models based on large amounts of data. The aim of this paper is to predict the price trend for cotton and polyester in the stock markets and also to predict their price for the months of October and November 2023. For this purpose, a time series is created and artificial neural networks are also used for the calculations. All the research questions are evaluated using Statistica software, using artificial neural network method. On the basis of the results obtained, it is found that the price of cotton and polyester has mostly increased over the last twenty three years. Of course, there have been many fluctuations in the historical evolution of the price due to many factors, such as financial crises and various wars in the world. It is also found that all sets of neural networks represent a high degree of performance, as the closer the value approaches 1, the better. All three groups (test, training and validation) had similar values, demonstrating the relevance of the training set. This fact is evidenced by the fact that most of the correlation coefficient values did not fall below 0.955. Thus, the final summary is that all 10 retained MLP networks for both cotton and polyester were able to reproduce the actual price curve of these commodities with high accuracy and without any significant problems, and thus can be considered applicable and reliable in practice. The results of this work can contribute to the development of advanced prediction tools for agriculture and provide direction for further research in the field of neural network and textile industry combination. This work provides a new perspective on the synergy between modern technology and the traditional agricultural industry, highlights the potential of neural networks in this field and provides a basis for further innovation in agricultural prediction.
