DNA sequencing techniques
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přehledem a vzájemným srovnáním technik sekvenování DNA. Vytváří průvodce historií vývoje platforem od nejstarších, klasických metod sekvenování, přes metody nové generace, až po současné moderní metody generace třetí. U každé z technik je vyložen princip, výhody a nevýhody, využití a částečné srovnání mezi metodami.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on overview and comparison of DNA sequencing techniques. The thesis creates a guide to the history of platform development, from the oldest, classical sequencing methods, next generation sequencing, to the modern third generation sequencing. Every method is described, there are advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their practical applications.
