Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce, je zhodnotiť rozsah ponuky stravovacích služieb na Vysokej škole hotelovej v Prahe, posúdiť ich kvalitu a zistiť spokojnosť zákazníkov s týmito službami. Práca je zameraná na spracovanie návrhov vedúcich k zlepšeniu súčasného stavu. Je rozdelená do troch základných častí.
