Analysis of Catering Services at The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague

Abstract:

The purpose of this dissertation is to rate the range of catering service options at The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague, assess their quality, and find out customer satisfaction of these services. This work is aimed at analyzing proposals that lead to improvements of the current situation. It is separated into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical base followed by the second, analytical part of the thesis. In the analytical part, a descriptive analysis is performed, an interview with the director of the catering department of the The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague, as well as the results of the survey focused on customer satisfaction with the current catering services at The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague. In dependence on the findings, the third part presents author's proposals and recommendations leading to improvements of the current catering services at The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce, je zhodnotiť rozsah ponuky stravovacích služieb na Vysokej škole hotelovej v Prahe, posúdiť ich kvalitu a zistiť spokojnosť zákazníkov s týmito službami. Práca je zameraná na spracovanie návrhov vedúcich k zlepšeniu súčasného stavu. Je rozdelená do troch základných častí. Prcá časť tvorí teoretický základ, na ktorý nadväzuje druhá, analytická časť práce. V analytickej časti je uskutočnená popisná analýza, je interpretovaný rozhovor s vedúcim stravovacieho úseku Vysoekej školy hotelovej v Prahe a taktiež výsledky z dotazníkového šetrenia ohľadom spokojnosti zákazníkov so stravovacími službami na VŠH. V závislosti na zistených výsledkoch sú v tretej časti predstavené autorove návrhy a odporúčania vedúce k zlepšeniu súčasného stavu stravovacích služieb na VŠH.
