The methodologies of work with volunteers in nonprofit cultural sector
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá existujícími doporučeními práce s dobrovolníky se zaměřením na neziskový kulturní sektor. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy aktuálního stavu metodických postupů stanovit funkčnost těchto návodů pro současné praktické využití. V rámci praktické části této práce budou teoretické poznatky aplikovány pro vytvoření konkrétní metodiky pro Kulturárium, z.s.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with existing recommendations of managing volunteers and focuses on non-profit cultural sector. The aim is to provide the functionality of these guidelines for current practical use by analyzing the actual state of methodologies. In the practical part of this thesis, the theoretical findings will be applied to create specific methodologies for Kulturárium, z.s.
