Bakalářská práce „Rozdílné nároky žáků prvního a druhého stupně ZŠ na osobnost učitele“ se zabývá klíčovými kompetencemi učitele potřebnými k úspěšnému a efektivnímu řízení edukačního procesu. V teoretické části vysvětluje základní pojmy a zabývá se faktory ovlivňujícími klima třídy.
