Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zdanění developerů z pohledu daně z přidané hodnoty v letech 2013-2018. Podstatou diplomové práce bylo zkoumání v praxi aplikovaných po-stupů v oblasti zdanění developerských projektů, následně bylo provedeno vyhodnocení. The thesis is focused on the taxation of developers from the perspective of value added tax in 2013-2018. The essence of the thesis was to investigate the applied procedures in the field of taxation of developer projects, and then to evaluate them.
