Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje pracovnímu právu v letech 1948-1965 a jeho právní úpravě na našem území. Její obsah je tvořen definováním pojmu pracovního práva, které se nám logicky prolíná celou prací. Dále už je pozornost věnována samotnému vývoji pracovněprávního odvětví s přihlédnutím k dobovému státnímu uspořádání, ale také k judikatuře nebo rozdílnostem s dnešní právní úpravou.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is devoted to labour law in the years 1948-1965 and its legal regulation on our territory. Its content consists of defining the concept of labour law, which we find logically interwoven throughout the thesis.
