Key competencies and personal qualities for successfull work of adult educator

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá klíčovými kompetencemi a osobnostními předpoklady pro úspěšnou práci andragoga/lektora ve vzdělávání dospělých. Teoretická část práce nejprve vymezuje základní pojmy, tzn. co je to andragogika a čím se zabývá, kdo je to lektor a účastník vzdělávání a v neposlední řadě, jaké jsou podle odborníků požadavky na klíčové kompetence lektora. V praktické části práce je proveden empirický výzkum. Hlavním cílem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit, jaké jsou očekávané klíčové kompetence a osobnostní předpoklady pro práci lektora z pohledu účastníků vzdělávání a z pohledu lektorů samotných.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the key competencies and personality preconditions for successful work of adult educator/lector in adult education. The theoretical part of the thesis firstly defines the basic concepts, means what the adult education is, who the lector and the participant of education are and last but not least what the lector?s key competencies are according to the experts. There is the empirical research performed at the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the research is to find out what the expected key competencies and personality preconditions for lector?s work are from the participants of education?s point of view and from the lectors? point of view.
