Abstract:
Tato magisterská práce se věnuje problematice managementu hudebních festivalů. Ve své teoretické části definuje pojem festival, stanovuje tzv. stakeholdery a jednotlivé oblasti managementu, kterým se musí festivalové organizační týmy věnovat. Následují dvě případové studie. This master thesis focuses on the management of music festivals.
