Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na postižení hlavních myšlenek jednoho z nejvýznamnějších francouzských osvícenských představitelů politické filozofie Charlese Montesquieuho a jeho reflexi u amerických federalistů. Důraz je kladen na myšlenku tripartitního rozdělení moci a vymezení jejich pravomocí
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the main ideas of Charles Montesquieu, one of the most enlightening French representatives of political philosophy, and his influence on American federalists. Emphasis is placed on the idea of tripartite division of powers and the definition of their authority.
