Abstract:
The radicalization of Palestinian society is noticeable at the beginning of seventies. Incoming and laic leaders of radical islamic groups are characterized by selective and cursory understanding of islamic terms. The rise of two Palestinian organizations, Islamic Jihad and Hamas, serve to show the process of radical re-islamization in the area.
