Tématem diplomové práce je kariérní změna, kterou proházeli policisté, kteří mají výsluhu a následně si hledali nové zaměstnání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení definice kariéry a kariérní změny a popsání specifik kariéry policisty. The topic of the thesis is a career change experienced by police officers with long service pension who subsequently sought new employment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part.
