V této bakalářské práci se věnuji informovanosti osob se sluchovým postižením o možnostech tlumočnické služby. Cílem mé teoreticko-aplikační práce je popsat možnosti využívání tlumočnických služeb s osobami se sluchovým postižením a navrhnout design výzkumu, který by zjišťoval, zda a jak jsou osoby se sluchovým postižením informováni o možnostech tlumočnické služby.
