Personnel Activities in the Franchise Network

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců franchisové sítě a je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část je věnována franchisingu a problematice personálních činností. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje zaměstnanecké loajalitě a jak ji může zaměstnavatel ovlivnit. V analytické části je charakterizována firma MT Restaurant s. r. o., která je vlastníkem licenčního práva podnikat pod celosvětovou značkou McDonald´s, následuje charakteristika personálních činností v konkrétní firmě a následuje dotazníkové šetření. Závěr práce poskytuje zhodnocení provedeného výzkumu a formulaci doporučení pro podnik.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the satisfaction of employees of the franchise network and is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part is devoted to franchising and the issue of personnel activities. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to employee loyalty and how the employer can influence it. In the analytical part, the company MT Restaurant s. r. o., which is the owner of the license right and does business under the global brand McDonald's, is characterized, followed by a description of personnel activities in a specific company and followed by a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the thesis provides an evaluation of the conducted research and the formulation of recommendations for the company.
