Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem lidskoprávní problematiky, kterým je tzv. princip netrestání obětí obchodu s lidmi. Nutnost zakotvit možnost využití tohoto principu pro státy vyplývá z mezinárodněprávních závazků vycházejících z univerzálních a regionálních instrumentů. The presented thesis deals with the current topic of human rights issues, which is the so-called non-punishment principle of victims of human trafficking. For states, the need to enshrine the possibility of non-punishment is created by international obligations arising from universal and regional instruments.
