Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou učebního textu pro výuku odborného výcviku oboru pekař. Obsah a rozsah je volen v souladu s učebními osnovami a je určen žákům 3. ročníků oboru pekař. The Bachelor work deals with creating teachning text for baker's professional training. Content and scope are chosen in accordance with currirulum and it is meant for 3rd-year students. In my work, I focused on describing the main principles in processing doughs and on description of production equipment used in the baking production.
