Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá odpovědností zaměstnance za způsobenou škodu a zaměřuje se na právní úpravu zmíněné problematiky. This thesis deals with employee liability for damages caused by employees. The work focuses on the legal regulation of this issue. For better illustration of examples the work is completed by the relevant case law.
