Táto práca obsahuje popis inštitúcie Národná rada Slovenskej republiky. Na začiatku práce je popis historického vývoja zákonodarnej moci v podmienkach SR. V práci sa následne rozoberá postavenie tejto inštitúcie z hľadiska jej zaradenia v zložkách štátnej moci.
