Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na oblast participace občanů na politickém dění ve státě. Pokusím se sumarizovat podmínky pro konání referenda na místní úrovni. Z dostupných informací analyzuji konání referend na místní úrovni v letech 2006 až 2015 a zhodnotím jeho vývoj. Podrobněji zhodnotím rok 2014 v oblasti konání místních referend. In my work I focused on the area of citizen participation in politics in the state. I will try to summarize the conditions for holding the referendum at the local level. From the available information, analyze the referendum at the local level in the years 2006-2015 and evaluate its development.
