The Difference In Assessment Of The Class Climate By Pupils And Their Class Teacher At The Primary School

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním rozdílnosti v posuzování klimatu školní třídy žáky na I. stupni základní školy a jejich třídním učitelem. Teoretická část osvětluje obecné pojmy týkající se školního prostředí, klimatu třídy, klimatu školy. V podrobnějším popisu nahlédneme na jednotlivé typy klimatu školy rozdělené dle specifických kritérií, pojednány jsou rovněž faktory ovlivňující klima třídy. Významnou kapitolu představují přístupy a metody měření klimatu třídy, z nichž vycházíme i v praktické části práce. Vybrány jsou především metody dotazníku, posuzovacích škál, strukturovaného rozhovoru nebo sociometrie. V empirické části představíme výzkumný problém, je stanoven cíl výzkumu včetně výzkumných hypotéz. Šetření probíhalo na dvou základních školách v České republice, a to ve městech Brno a Slavkov u Brna. Seznámíme se rovněž s historií a vývojem obou škol, stejně jako s výzkumným vzorkem, jež představují žáci 4. tříd na I. stupni sledovaných základních škol. Kapitoly o použitých metodách výzkumu plynule navazují na informace uvedené v teoretické části práce. Podrobněji je popsán způsob zadávání a vyhodnocování dotazníku, který byl použit pro měření klimatu školní třídy, i interpretace zjištěných výsledků. V závěru práce ověříme klíčové hypotézy výzkumu.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma´s thesis deals with the detection of differences in assessment of class climate by pupils at primary school and their class teacher. The theoretical part explains the general concepts related to the environment, the class climate, the school climate. In the detailed description we will look at different types of school climate divided according to specific criteria and other discussed factors affecting the climate of the classroom. The important chapter presents the approaches and the methods to measure class climate from which we draw even in the practical part. Methods are selected primarily questionnaire, assesment scale, structured interview and sociometry. In the empirical part is presented the research problem then is fixed the aim of the research including research hypotheses. The investigation was conducted in two elementary schools in the Czech Republic, in the Brno and Slavkov by Brno. We acquainted also with the history and the development of both schools as well as the research samples of pupils 4th classes at primary schools, basic reporting. Chapters about the research methods continue to the previous information from the theoretical part. There is described in detail the way of award and evaluation of the questionnaire which was used to measure the school climate and interpretation of the results. At the end we will check the key research hypotheses.
