Diplomová práce se věnuje výzkumu současného stavu muzejnictví na Hlučínsku. Zahrnuje přehled všech institucionálních typů muzeí v regionu z pohledu jejich odborného zaměření, formy správy, akviziční, tezaurační a prezentační činnosti a vztahu k návštěvníkovi. The topic of the thesis is the current state of the museum work on Hlučín region. Thesis is not focused only on the area of museum facilities, but also touches the area's culture and cultural activities of local institutions and associations which make up a significant potential for current and future activities of museums.
