Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výslech jako zdroj kriminalisticko-taktických informací. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část do úvodu výslechu a samotné problematiky. This bachelor's thesis focuses on interrogation as a source of criminalistic-tactical information. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical part to the introduction of the questioning and the issue itself. Basic terms related to the area are defined and characterized here.
