Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu, jak knihovny pracují s autorským zákonem s ohledem na osoby, které mají specifické potřeby. Řešen je autorský zákon na území České republiky, a to především v rámci výjimek týkajících se znevýhodněných osob. Výjimky v zákoně vycházejí z mezinárodních aktivit. This thesis explores how libraries work with copyright law in regard to people who have specific needs. It deals with the copyright law in the Czech Republic, espe-cially in the context of exceptions concerning disadvantaged persons. The exceptions in the law are based on international activities.
